Dystrophia myotonica

autosomal dominant condition with variable penetrance.  
weakness and myotonia.
Cataracts, Ptosis, Frontal baldness, gynaecomastia, diabetes,
reduced reflexes with myotonia are features.
Progressive external ophthalmoplegia is a feature of Ocular muscular dystrophy
